American record producer Mustard returns with his fourth studio album, “Faith of a Mustard Seed.” This project marks Mustard’s first release under a new partnership with BMG Rights Management and comes five years after his previous album, “Perfect Ten.”

Mustard’s production on Kendrick Lamar’s hit “Not Like Us” rekindled interest in his work. Rakim Reconnects with “G.O.D.’s Network”

Hip-hop pioneer Rakim makes a notable return with “G.O.D.’s Network (Reb7rth),” his first full-length project in 15 years. Released on July 26, 2024, this album showcases Rakim’s enduring lyrical prowess while introducing new elements to his artistry.

For the first time in his career, Rakim has taken on the role of producer for the entire album, demonstrating his versatility as both an MC and a beatmaker. The project features collaborations with veteran and contemporary hip-hop artists, including Kurupt, Masta Killa, Snoop Dogg, and Method Man.

The album comprises seven tracks and runs for 32 minutes, offering a concise yet impactful listening experience. The lead single, “Be Ill,” has already been released, providing a taste of Rakim’s signature lyrical dexterity.

Rising star Ice Spice releases her debut studio album “Y2K!” on July 26, 2024, under 10K Projects and Capitol Records. This release marks a significant milestone in the young rapper’s rapidly ascending career, coming less than two years after her breakthrough single “Munch.”

Slowly Rolling Camera Paints a “Silver Shadow”

Cardiff-based band Slowly Rolling Camera presents their sixth album, “Silver Shadow,” coinciding with their 10th anniversary. The album represents the band’s sound evolution, delving deeper into cinematic influences.

“Silver Shadow” consists of eight tracks inspired by the dynamic interplay of film montages. The album features soul-stirring rhythms, magnetic melodies, and rich emotional tones. In a departure from their previous work, “Silver Shadow” offers more concise and emotionally consistent tracks, aiming for immediate impact.
