J. Henry is located in Dane, Wisconsin just north of Madison on a family farm. The Henry family has been been raising seed corn for three generations and the heirloom red corn, wheat and rye used in their bourbon since 2008. Every bottle of J. Henry & Sons whiskey is made in small batches and slow-aged in a rustic barn on the Henry farmstead. Their award-winning bourbons are a truly special product of our wild Wisconsin winters and rich Wisconsin soil.
The evening features four J. Henry pours and a four course dinner by Palomino Head Chef, Erick Disbrow as well as a hand-crafted welcome cocktail and welcome snacks.
Spirited discussion about J. Henry’s history and products led by, Joe Henry. Don’t miss this wonderful evening with truly great people and truly great bourbons.

Non-alcoholic and vegetarian versions of the evening are available – please email us after purchasing your ticket to let us know of your preference. Dinner will be seated inside. This event is private and open only to ticket holders.
**This dinner is reservation only and requires we pre-purchase ingredients and supplies for this evening – therefore we do need to keep a strict cancellation and refund policy. Refunds may be issued up to 7 days prior to the event. No refunds will be issued within 7 days of the event unless it is cancelled by us. If you are unable to attend last minute, you may give your ticket to another person to attend. We also will keep a waitlist – if we can give your ticket to a person on the waitlist, we will issue a refund.
