Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow: Vincent Van Great Radio Milwaukee

Happy Holidays and welcome back for another edition of HYFIN’s Interview series, Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow.

Our splendid guest this month, is artist, producer, MC, singer and all-around trailblazer, Vincent Van Great (VVG). His new album, the work or art known as “Ladies Please”, is available now for purchase and for your streaming pleasure. Milwaukee native, VVG, has been ubiquitous musically, for a few years now, dating back to his early days as a producer for other artists, which morphed into him becoming an artist himself.

As an original member of the SAFS Crew he has worked closely with many Milwaukee luminaries: Dukalion, Genesis Renji, Klassik, Dana Coppa and many others. However, like we always do at YTT we go deeper and further back into the genesis and essence of what made Vincent Van Great become the artist we cherish today.

Alongside YTT host Anthony ‘A-Biz’ Foster, the two discuss VVG’s youth and strong connection to his faith and church. His days as a real-life baller, hooping in Arizona. They dig into his dope ass band Ninja Sauce. FIRE! They also delve into the insanely underrated genius of DJ Quik and discuss his latest project, the collaborative process and what is next for Vincent Van Great.
